Discover what goes into creating a beautifully balanced bottle in our Wine Blending Class. During this hands-on experience, you’ll learn why blending is such an important part of winemaking and how it helps shape structure and flavor. You’ll taste individual wine components and explore how different varietals influence the final profile. Our winemaker, Genevieve Gallagher, will guide you through the process while sharing insight into how and why blends are crafted at the vineyard. You’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for the art of blending and enjoy a personalized glass of wine that reflects your palate. Note: "Make your own charcuterie" food items available for additional cost. Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
